Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted when we email you that it has shipped. If we cannot fill an order, we will tell you and refund you in full. We may refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment taken.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Orders ship in 3 to 4 weeks from the order date and usually arrive 4 to 7 days after they ship. If the shipping time changes, we will email you before it does and you may cancel for a full refund. See our Shipping policy.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Our 90-day money-back guarantee is set out in our Refund policy.

Subscriptions

Subscribe and save. You can subscribe to either size. The 3-month supply is 15% off ($75.65 every 3 months, free US shipping). The 1-month bottle is 10% off ($35.99 every month, plus $6.95 shipping on each shipment). We charge you when you order and again on each renewal date, and ship the same size on that schedule at the then-current subscription price until you cancel. You can cancel any time before the next shipment from your customer account or by emailing support@sakinasupplements.com, and you will not be charged for a shipment you cancel before it ships. The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to each shipment.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without our written permission.

Reviews

Any reviews quoted on this site from other brands are labelled as such and are not Sakina customer reviews.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
