If you've had a reaction to the product

Tell us as soon as you can, by email. Include the lot number from the bottom of the bottle if you have it.

We take this seriously and we log every report. Depending on what's reported we may be required to notify the FDA, and we will. We will never ask you to withdraw a report or offer you anything in exchange for staying quiet about one.

Refunds

Ninety days from the day your order ships, and you can send back an empty bottle. Email us. You don't need to return anything. Refunds are issued within 7 working days.

Pre-orders

Your card is saved, not charged, until your order ships. If you've pre-ordered and want to cancel before it ships, email us or use your customer account, and you won't be charged. No reason needed.
